We offer two connection types:

  • Bluetooth Keyboard Case: Turn on the keyboard, then go to iPad Settings → Bluetooth and select the keyboard to pair.
  • Magnetic Data-Connection Keyboard Case: Attach your iPad to the case using the magnetic connector. It connects automatically, no Bluetooth pairing needed.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. Email hello@solusofficialsite.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help you with the next steps.

5. Can I track my shipping or delivery status?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can check delivery status anytime.
